Welcome to LockboxRack Inc.! By accessing or using our platform at
lockboxrack.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. User Accounts

• Account Setup: Users, including realtors and property managers, must create an account to access our platform and rent lockbox racks.
• Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activities conducted under your account.

2. Payment Processing

LockboxRack Inc. acts as a payment processing platform. We collect rental fees on behalf of property managers. Property managers are responsible for the maintenance of lockbox racks, and enforcement of unauthorized usage, as per our Refund Policy.

3. Use of the Platform

• For Realtors: You may use the platform to rent available lockbox rack spaces, which are maintained and managed by property managers. You can view lockbox rack availability and make rentals through the platform using the QR code assigned to each location. The lock boxes must not contain any information regarding the unit or the listing agent for security purposes. 
• For Property Managers: You are responsible for enforcing unauthorized use of the lockbox racks and maintaining them once installed. LockboxRack Inc. provides you with detailed rental reports and manages payment processing on your behalf.

4. Fees and Billing

• Realtor Fees: Monthly rental fees are collected via the platform. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account or inability to rent a lockbox rack space.
• Distribution of funds: Once all funds clear, LockboxRack Inc. transfers the funds to the property management according to the agreed terms, minus administrative fees.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, including payment disputes or service issues, must follow the procedures outlined in our Complaints and Appeals Policy.

6. Termination of Service

LockboxRack Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these terms or inappropriate use of the platform. Users may also close their accounts, provided they have no outstanding payments or rental obligations.
