This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which LockboxRack Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) issues refunds to real estate professionals (“you”, “Realtors”) for the services rendered under the LockboxRack subscription system. This Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Complaints and Appeals Policy, and Privacy Policy. Where applicable, the most favorable interpretation to the User shall govern in cases of contradiction.
All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once successfully processed, as your rack space is allocated in real-time and held for your exclusive use. This ensures fair access for all realtors and preserves rack integrity.
– Partial months are not prorated or refunded.
– Cancellations requested after billing are effective in the following month, unless otherwise stated in writing by LockboxRack Inc.
If you believe you have been billed in error, you must notify LockboxRack Inc. within fifteen (15) calendar days of the disputed charge. We will investigate all billing concerns promptly and issue a credit or refund, if appropriate.
In exceptional cases (e.g., proven service outage, duplicate billing), we may issue partial or full refunds at our sole discretion. These exceptions are reviewed internally, and an official complaint may be submitted under the Complaints and Appeals Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using your dashboard. You will retain access through the end of the current billing cycle. We recommend managing cancellations before your next billing date to avoid charges.
This policy is governed by the applicable provisions of our Terms of Service and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
