Refund Policy

At LockboxRack Inc., our role is to facilitate the payment of rental fees between realtors and property managers. We do not charge property managers directly; instead, we collect fees on their behalf and share the profits after funds have cleared, ensuring that no refund claims are pending.

1.No Refund Policy

Rental fees for lockbox rack spaces are non-refundable once paid. All rentals are final and cannot be canceled or refunded after the rental period begins. As a payment processing platform, we process funds for property managers, and any issues with rental disputes must be handled between the realtor and property manager directly.

2. Refund Exceptions

In rare cases of technical errors or double charges, you may request a review by submitting a formal complaint through our Complaints and Appeals Policy. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued in line with our findings.

3. Disputes

Should any disputes arise regarding payment or rental fees, they must be resolved through the procedures outlined in our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
